Indoor Percussion is a unique sport that blends elements of music performance, marching, and theater. Often referred to as "percussion theater," it involves creating captivating shows for both the battery and front ensemble. This includes instruments such as snare drums, tenors, bass drums, cymbals, xylophones, marimbas, vibraphones, tambourines, chimes, timpani, drum kits, and other similar instruments. Electronic instruments such as guitars, bass guitars, theremins, and synthesizers are also allowed, adding an innovative twist to the musical and theatrical experience.
What happens when children grow up but toys don’t? They become stored away waiting for someone to play again while searching for the meaning of their existence. In their imaginary world, rhythmic beats and whimsical melodies breathe life back into them. Noblesville Indoor Percussion Ensemble invites you up into the attic where old toys are forgotten… but not lost.
